Otomono operates independently and is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to deliver these Services to you.

We currently offer local delivery within the Maldives. All orders are delivered by Otomono directly, using speedboats, ferries, or local vessels.

Delivery is typically completed within 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation, subject to weather conditions and island accessibility.

Once goods are handed over for delivery, risk of loss passes to the buyer. Otomono is not liable for delays caused by sea schedules, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, graphics, product names, and layouts on our Services are owned by Otomono LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without prior written consent.
