Thank you for shopping with Otomono. We proudly handle all deliveries ourselves to ensure your orders are safely delivered across the Maldives.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is ready, it will be handed over for local delivery.
2. Shipping Method
- We offer local island delivery through:
- Speedboats
- Ferries
- Local island cargo and delivery boats
- Your order will be delivered directly to your island’s harbor, assigned speedboat, or local vessel.
- A pickup option is also available upon request.
- Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 days (depending on your island and vessel schedules).
- Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or changes in sea transport schedules.
- We will notify you once your order is shipped or handed over to the assigned vessel.
3. Shipping Fee
- Local shipping is completely free.
- There are no additional delivery charges for orders shipped within the Maldives.
4. Delivery Confirmation
- Once your package has been delivered to the assigned speedboat, ferry, or cargo vessel, it will be considered successfully dispatched.
- Please ensure your island name, recipient details, and vessel information are correct when placing the order.
5. Delays
- Otomono is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Bad weather
- Cancellations of boats or ferries
- Other unforeseen marine transport issues
- We will do our best to assist and update you with the next available delivery.
